Glass units and panels for timber windows and doors
We use the glass units produced by “Guardian”, “Saint Gobain” and “Pilkington”. All glass units are filled with the argon gas.
98 mm thick wooden windows are insulated with “Swisspacer Ultimate” warm edge spacers. This is a new generation of glass fiber base profile released in 2013. Currently, it is the best choice for producing glass units.
The optimal thickness of the edge spacer is 20 mm if all three glass panes are of 4 mm thick. "Swisspacer Ultimate” spacers can be connected crosswise by imitating a real wooden window partitioning inside the glass unit (also called Duplex).
The standard warm spacer colour is gray, but we can offer white and black ones, too.
