IV 68 Softline – 68 mm thickness inward opening tilt&turn double glazed windows. The main technical specifications are:
- SOFTLINE – thats the German profile description, which means that all profile edges are rounded and the surface is smooth (on both inside and outside of the window). This makes timber window finish much easier and nicer!
- We can insert double or even triple glass unit with maximum thickness of 36 mm;
- Thermally efficient whole window U value is U=1,4 W/(m2*K) (with standard double glass unit);
- 'Secure By Design' window range with WK2 security class fittings is available;
- Each window has German aluminium drip rails with plastic end caps! Drip rails are also shaped as Softline;
- Dual weather seals within the whole sash perimeter for minimum air permeability;
- Rebate frame system for maximum wind and water resistance;
- Special groove is under each glazing bead - allows to fix them ideally;
- 100% clear silicone glazing for perfect water resistance.
IV 78 Softline – 78 mm thickness profile system, much more stable and warmer than IV68! The main specification is the same as IV 68 system, but with these advantages:
- Thermally efficient whole window U value is U=0,92 W/(m2*K);
- Triple glazing with maximum glass unit thickness of 46 mm!
IV 68 and IV78 Softline CORA - 68 mm (double glazed) and 78 mm (triple glazed) thickness timber window profiles with aluminium screen on the outside surface. We offer „CORA“ („Hermann Gutmann Werke“ Germany) aluminium cladding profiles. Powder coated aluminium profiles are perfect for minimum maintenance and protects timber windows from negative weather factors such as rain, dust, sun, frost and others. T
he main technical specifications are:
- Aluminium screen is easily attached to the timber frames using 'click-on' system;
- Drained and ventilated timber cladding system;
- Thermally efficient whole window U value is U=1,4 W/(m2*K) (with standard double glass unit) and U=0.92 W/(m2*K) (with triple glass unit);
- Aluminium cladding screen can be powder coated in any RAL color;
- Screen profiles are connected with special corner joints;
- Corners are connected at 45o degree;
- Any shapes are available: circular, triangle, arched windows and doors.
OUTW IV68 and IV787 Softline (outward opening top hung and side hung windows)

- Outside edges are also SOFTLINE shape as on inward EURO IV 68 and IV 78 profile windows!
- Available for both: double glazed (maximum glass unit thickness to 36 mm) and triple glazed units (maximum thickness to 44 mm);
- Thermally efficient whole window U value is U=1,4 W/(m2*K) (with standard double glass unit) and U=0.9 W/(m2*K) (with triple glass unit);
